In the next page you will find 3 steps to upload your documents, our team will check your documents to make sure we have everything that is needed to get you started.
1. My documents
-Up load an image of your valid drivers license.
-Request a W-9 form for the 1099 at the end of the year. You will get and email with all the instruction to get your form ready.
-Select your profession on the category page if we don't have yours, click on (SEND SUGGESTION) and our team will add your profession.
2. Background check
-The background check is processed through a third party company https://baradainc.com/ To receive the background check document that you can use for all your employment requirements has a fee of $35.00, Our company policy requires all providers to get the background check document. Once we get notified from the background company, our team will activate your account to be available for tasks.
